What's new in TroupeIT: March 2026

Since February 1st, we’ve shipped a broad set of updates across event management, user experience, and platform stability.

Event & Show Management

• Cross-show drag & drop – Show items can be dragged between shows in the same event.
• Show times – Display the correct show end time calculation on the event dashboard and when using Live View.
• Tag Search – Ability to search for submitted acts by tag when adding to your show

User Profiles & Companies

• Company ownership Transfers – Ownership transfer plus owner badge displayed on company page.
• Email Invitations – Email invites with 7-day expiry, invitation list, and tab UI. Invites to e-mail addresses can also be revoked.
• Activity feed – Company leave behavior, owner ordering, and display fixes.
• Submittted Act Recovery – Ability to recover rejected acts from a show.

UI & UX

• Acts - We've cleaned up the main dashboard acts listing to be consistent with the other boxes on the page,
• Alert Dialogs – Replaced confirm() and alert() with React-based UI. No more browser-based alerts.
• Pagination – Fixed colors, make pages bookmarkable, and perform proper file list layout.

Support & Tickets

• Duplicate ticket handlign – Handling for duplicates with notes on both original and closed tickets.
• Support UI – Improved message and link rendering in support emails to users and customer support.

API & Developer Experience

• API keys – Editable names, last-used IP storage.

Security & Reliability

• Security updates – Module and gem updates for known issues.
• Queries – Fixed O(N+1) in build_app_scores and reporting updates. Application scoring loads in less than 200mS now with proper caching.

• Timezone handling
• BHOF Membership checks
• Audio quality warnings
